COVID-19 Safety

Latest Update – 22/11/21

The safety of our guests and employees still remains our utmost priority which is why we have made the decision to maintain some of the existing protective measures currently in place as well as reinstating some of the new measures, when restrictions ease from 19th July.

Groups: All remaining limits on social contact (currently 6 people or 2 households indoors, or 30 people outdoors) will be removed and there will be no more restrictions on how many people can meet in any setting, indoors or outdoors.
Life Events: All restrictions on life events such as weddings, funeral teas, etc will be removed, including the remaining restrictions on the number of attendees. There will be no requirement for table service at these events, or restrictions on singing or dancing.
Face Masks: Face masks will continue to be worn by our employees, and we encourage our guests to wear theirs too.
Social distancing rules: Social distancing (2 metres or 1 metre with additional mitigations) will be lifted.

Payments: We will be accepting card-only and contactless payments only.
Table Service: We will continue with table service across some of our venues. You will be made aware if table service is in operation on arrival.
NHS Test & Trace: QR codes will remain on display for customers to check in using the NHS COVID-19 app, to support NHS Test and Trace, although it will no longer be a legal requirement.
Hand Cleanliness: Sanitising stations will remain in place as usual. We encourage our guests to continue to wash and sanitise their hands on a regular basis.
Covid-19 Symptoms: if you have Covid-19 symptoms we ask that you stay at home and rearrange your visit to another day when the symptoms have passed. Please note cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
